- 3.94 cup sugar
- 15.75 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 10.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1.31 teaspoon Salt
- 2.63 cup milk
- 1.75 cup butter melted
- 10.5 teaspoons
For the Topping:
- 2.63 cup sugar
- 2.63 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 1.31 cup cocoa powder
- 7.88 cups hot water
For Serving:
- Vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
