Kia ora Sam,
ReplyDeleteCool idea! I like that you have shared the name of the video so other people can look it up. 15 minutes is a great workout on the trampoline, well done for staying active. Do they have other workouts for people that don't have trampolines? I would love to give it a go.

Hi Samantha, it is great to see that you are still staying fit and active while in lockdown. Exercise is so important, not just for your physical body, but also for your mind. I am going to take a look and see if I can find that workout. Perhaps we could have a boot camp one morning for our Google Meet!
ReplyDeleteWell done! Miss Wing
Hi Sam. What a great idea to do a trampoline workout, especially as the weather has been cold outside. I have been trying to go for a walk everyday and have just started biking everyday too, with Samuel, even though he can bike a lot faster than me. Like Mrs Wing said, exercise is not just good for the body but for also our mental well being too. Keep up the great work. Carol
