*1/4 cup rolled oats
*1/4 cup flour
*1/4 tsp sea salt
*1/2 tsp baking powder
*1/2 cup brown sugar
*1/2 cup peanut butter
*1/2 tsp vanilla essence
*1 large egg
*3 tbsp of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 176 c then get a try then line it with baking paper. Add dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl then whisk to combine. Then add the peanut butter, egg and vanilla and mix altogether if the mixture is to wet and more flour or if its to dry add some milk or more peanut butter. Then add the chocolate chips. Roll them into balls and press them down then put them into the oven for 10-12 minutes. And that is how you make peanut butter oat cookies.

Hi Sam. These biscuits look delicious. Were they gobbled up quickly by your family? Biscuits with chocolate chips in them taste so good when they are eaten straight out of the oven. It would be great to know how many biscuits your recipe makes?
